We are excited to see your performances come to life at the 2025 MATA Ugadi Event! To ensure a smooth and spectacular show, dress rehearsals will be held on:

📍 Five Points Elementary, 650 E Lytle 5 Points Rd, Dayton, OH 45458
⏰ 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Light dinner and pizza will be provided for all participants.

✅ Full names & ages of all participants
✅ Program track (dance, music, drama, etc.)
✅ Teacher/Guru name (if applicable)
