Hello all,

I am trying to convert an in-layer acceleration record into an equivalent rock outcrop motion. The theory manual of MASTODON mentions it can be done with automated iterations. Could anybody share how this is done?

It can be done through iterations but I don't think it is automated. We were planning to do that at some point but never made it into the code. We will remove that from the theory manual. 

Perhaps I can help if you can give us the context of why you are trying to convert an in-layer motion into a rock outcrop motion?
