CG requires Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (Graduates & Post
Graduates) who will be appointed as Graduate Trainees (GTs) /
Management Trainees (MTs) for one year.
Applications are invited from Fresh / up to 1 Year of experience,
Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial Engineers (Only Students who
have more than 60% aggregate in BE will be allowed to attend the
procedure)
MANUFACTURING LOCATIONS : Mumbai, Nashik, Goa, Aurangabad ,
Ahmednagar, Baroda,Mandideep (Bhopal), Malanpur (Gwalior) and
Pithampur (Indore)
REGIONAL OFFICE : Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata & Chennai
FUNCTIONS : Marketing/Design/Technology/Quality Assurance
TOTAL EMOLUMENTS :
Graduate Trainees: Gross stipend - Rs.13,080/- p.m.
Management Trainees: Gross stipend - Rs.15,200/- p.m.
TRAINING PERIOD :
CG provides intensive On The Job Training for one year, which includes
four months of specialised training.
Recruitment Process :
They need to go through a 3 - stage process before final selection.
The process of recruitment will be stage by stage
* Stage 1 - Written Test - Technical & Aptitude Test
Students need to be well prepared for being successful at this stage
* Stage 2 - Group Discussion
After completion of stage 1, the successful students have to go
through Group Discussion.
* Stage 3 - Panel Interview
Students who are thorough in their core engineering knowledge, will be
successful in the recruitment process.
