Here are the settings for emails so that they look the same across email apps and devices:

Preheader: On

Header: On

Footer: On

Sidebar: On

Sidebar position: Right

Sidebar width: 190

Email width: 675

email alignment: Center

Let me know if you're still having alignment issues.
