Do any of you use Dex for your online directory listings, remarketing, or other online campaigns?  What has your experience been?

It's been nothing but problems for us; I am begging Alexis to cancel our contract.  I may pull out all my hair in the meantime.

Get rid of 'em.  Vultures don't care about customer service - they just want to collect that "administration fee" and walk away.  What are you using them for right now?

And see the review in the screenshot I'm attaching.

Oh and I didn't even answer your question.  We are using them for remarketing ads, and listings on DexKnows.com.  But they also offer a "free" video that I've had nothing but issues trying to set to our specifications, and a mobile listing...which has so many issues along with it I can't even begin to explain.  Honestly I don't think we've ever gotten one case from it, and even if we did, I just don't see how it would even be worth the trouble I am going through.

I had never even heard of DexKnows as a listings place until you mentioned it - are there really consumers using it and finding you on it?  Probably not.  And if someone did find you, do you think you would actually get your ideal client?

You're probably spending an inordinate amount of time dealing with them compared to more profitable areas of marketing.

For remarketing, use Eruptr instead.
