Text Message Marketing

Hi all! Hope you guys are doing well! I'm curious to know whether anyone else does mobile marketing, ie. "text 444888 to receive X". We're using WhamMobile right now but aren't sure the best way to leverage it. Has anyone else successfully tried something similar? Thanks for your input. :D  Have a great Monday!

We've done some text message marketing in the past, but not too regularly.  I think regular is probably the key.  But what we've done that has garnered some kind of response is align our texts with holidays. Like for Halloween, we did a campaign that asked people to text back their favorite candy to enter to win a prize. Our grand prize winner got a 2lb Reeses peanut butter cup lol! 

We also sent out one around Thanksgiving, and one for our March Madness pool.  We use Eztexting.  It's been about a year since we did it last though.
