We're looking at using GroSocial, which is a company owned by Infusionsoft.

We tried shortstack for this past campaign, but it was bulky and you hit too many paywalls without seeing results.

I've looked at GroSocial as well, but haven't jumped in yet.  I'd love to hear from anyone who has used it (or you can be our test case!).

If no one else has used it, I think I'll be the test case.

The GroSocial team had a webinar today that was interesting. It talked about the 5 steps to launching a great facebook campaign. Simplicity was key, as was making sure you're going to get people to join your social media herd and eventually join your mailing lists. I like their style, and it seems to be more in tune with the way we do social media anyway.

Also, shortstack did not have any capability to connect infusion with the app. It would let you use several other CRM systems but not infusion.

I'll let you know how it goes. I think we'll start with something fun, like a cutest baby photo contest and go from there.
