How much would be an appropriate bounty for the creation of an MVP mastercoin.org website?

Perhaps this should be split to 2 bounties:

One bounty for a really simple MVP (like the current homepage of YourBitBot, possibly based on LaunchRock or something like that)

Another bounty for a nicer, thought out homepage.

Any thoughts and/or jumpers on the bounty are appreciated.

(Coders/designers, how much would you charge for either one of the task bounties I suggested?)
