Scrum* - Our solutions for "twilight" issues in the Scrum methodology

Abstract:

Scrum software development methodology is not 100% defined (there is no "Bible of scrum"), every company (or even every scrum team) do the adaptations and "tailors" to its needs.  I would like to share our 2 years of experience in adjusting to scrum (and usage of TFS tools).

 

SW delivery to QA – OK, so now we are one Scrum team, but when does the PBI/Feature is ready for testing? What knowledge should be passed and how?

R&D delivery to field – What about all the small (but important) technical details? How do we update the field (support team)?

Code quality – What about design documentation? When do we have time for code review?

Regression Test – We implemented a new feature, test cases has been written and run, now what?  Send them to trash? Reuse?

Are we ready for Demo? Everybody has finished their tasks, but is the PBI really ready for demonstration?

And finally – what about BUGS ?! We have a pretty full backlog of bugs, how do we handle it?
