Hey Grant,

I'm hoping you can do us a wee favour. I placed an order for a 20kg bag of dog food for our Labrador Inca for May. Unfortunately we received some really bad news from the vet yesterday that she only has 2-3 weeks left in her. If you haven't placed the order yet, would you mind excluding our order as we just won't need that much food?
