I am thinking of posting a weekly “Marketing Tips”. Here, I will post anything that could help you and enhance your work. Also, any input/feedback/comment or/and information you want to add is highly appreciated.

This first Marketing Tip is about the hot topic which is Recession. Kindly find attached 2 page tips about Marketing Dos and Don'ts in recession.

This is the atmosphere I want to create – one of mutual support, where we “look out for” (i.e help) each other.
The world (of business) is hard enough. Irrespective of the recession, we face competitors daily and customers and suppliers, not unnaturally, who try to squeeze our margins. We need an environment that gives support, where we can share experiences. Often you find that when you have a problem, you think it is unique to you, when, in reality, it is not – and “a problem shared is a problem halved”.
I do hope we can maintain this.

Dear Mr. Moataz El-Kinawy,
Cause you know at this moment the material and the rate are belong low situation , it's the best time to import more goods . We bought the materials at the high and top price , due to we also need to consider and keep our factory's expenditures and the other reasons to suit for the worse global economic situation.
We only can sell our goods in cheaper price to you , even though we feel so pity and bleeding . But everything is worth when we can keep working with your company and pass this worse economic together.
And this kind of situations won't always happened in future ,especially for this moment . No one knows what will be happen for the next min. , but we still have the faith and courage to go through this situation. Hope you have the same thinking with me .
If you have any problems, pls don't hesitate contact with us, we are very glad to get them from you .
