Menu without dropdown

First of all thanks for this excellent template!!!

But I have a question, is it possible to have a menu, like panelnav, without dropdown function?

Why I need this, I have a menu in right and it has more then one level.

Please can you help me?! I have tyed everything but I did not make it :-((
