Smooth scroll anchor links

Hello guys!

I have a question about this awesome template, perhaps you can help me.

I want to do a one page site, and use Anchor links.

so far is good, joomla does the trick, but I am having issues trying to use smooth slide when clicking in the menu.

Right now it just jump to the place of the site where the anchor is, but I would like some smooth effect as described here:

Is there anyway to do that with the Master Bootstrap Template?

I followed the instructions of the forum but didn't work for me.
