Insert menu on top position

I want insert a menu with 3 links on top position besides the search field. Unfortunately the menu now is positioned below the search field and thats it what I won't. What can I do? Can anybody help me?

I think too that it’s should be easy, but I don’t know which css file will be the right.

However, you should be modify css and index.php file. It`s easy, I think.

thanks for the instructions. However you’ve done this, but my result is totally different. I’ve add in the search module the module class col-md-5 and in the new customized module the module class col-md-7. Maybe you can give me a detailed description?

to search module, add class in Module Class Suffix: col-md-5
After, add new cutomo module in top position, with menu links.
Add class in Module Class Suffix: col-md-7
