MassWiz new command line version released for Windows 32 platform

Dear All,

We have just released MassWiz 1.6.4.0 commandline win 32 version. This
is the most stable of the 3 releases so far. We have some minor bug
fixes in this release and optimization of scoring algorithm to work
well with most MS-instruments. This performs faster and more robust
FDR calculation as well.

Download from http://sourceforge.net/projects/masswiz/ and don't
forget to visit the wiki for documentation (http://sourceforge.net/
apps/mediawiki/masswiz/index.php?title=Main_Page). Though it is still
in development but major topics have been started and can provide good
help.
