Hi All,
We have released MassWiz 1.7.0.1 on sourceforge with few minor bug fixes. We have introduced the option of selecting the number of ranks to print this time. maximal protein list is removed due to a bug. That will be fixed and reintroduced soon. Till then, try out this new version.
