Dear All,

We have released MassWiz 1.6.6.1 with following changes-

1. A small bug fix: Concatenated target and decoy searches formula is
corrected.
2. User can choose whether to run the simple program or the parallel
versions. No need to download the older one.
3. Subtle changes in FDR output file - parameters are now printed at
the end instead of beginning of results.
4. Separate Batch executables for both simple and parallel versions.
