Dear users,

MassWiz now has an experimental algorithm for ETD spectra searching. We have released the version on sourceforge. Please follow the link - http://sourceforge.net/projects/masswiz/files/MassWiz-ETD_0.1/

Since this is still under constant development, we request the users to provide critical feedback so that we can improve on the algorithm. Other suggestions and comments are also welcome.
