Dear All,
During variable modifications search, the non-modified peptides were
wrongly getting excluded from search results decreasing the FDR
corrected assignments. It has now been been amended in MassWiz
1.6.5.0. Please download the new version and provide us the necessary
feedback. The earlier versions will work fine if variable
modifications are not used in search.
