Hi,

I'm starting to use MassTransit 5.3.1 with Azure Service Bus and if I use ReceiveEndpoint it creates topic named as <namespace>/<contract>.

At Azure Portal it shows warning at topic detail:

Are you planning to change the '/' character as namespaceSeparator for Azure Service Bus?
