Use with opentracing and jaeger?

Thanks Wiebe. I was looking this. But it talks about it won't use TraceId and SpanId neither current context.Isn't that a limitation to opentracing?

Also, I'm pretty sure somebody created an open tracing package for MassTransit on GitHub. There was a conversation about it on Discord last week.
