Concurrency Limits

Hello,

What is the difference between MaxConcurrentCalls and ConcurrentMessageLimit. I did some testing and the affect seems to be the same.

Briefly looking at the source, it looks like they may be interchangeable. I do see that MaxConcurrentCalls is a concept in the azure service bus sdk.

MaxConcurrentCalls is Azure only, and maps directly to ConcurrentMessageLimit in the MassTransit configuration.
