All types of criminals use our nation’s interstates, county roads, and local streets to transport illegal items and facilitate a host of other crimes. Drugs, guns, trafficked humans, money from criminal activity and other contraband frequently is transported by criminals and only a small portion are ever interdicted. However, it is reported that more of this contraband travels across the United States than ever before. This training course will expose a variety of crimes, indicators of crimes and methodologies to interdict these crimes on your Interstates, highways, roads, truck stops, streets and other thoroughfares. • Identifying dangerous interdiction stops
• Navigating the laws relative to criminal interdiction: Rodriguez, 4th Amendment, etc…
