Mass++ 1.7.4 is released

The new version of Mass++ is released today.
You can get it from http://masspp.jp/

The update is as follows:
- changed the dialog layout of MassBank functions to be available
under the low-resolution
- fixed the bug any raw data file cannnot be opened without CD-ROM
after opening the raw data in the CD-ROM
- fixed the bug creating matrix is failed
