Cannot open Xcalibur .raw files in Mass++

I have installed Mass++ and MSFileReader, so still cannot open a .raw Xcalibur file. It simply do not show anything. Blank, no error messages, no chromatogram, no spectra, no any other picture.

Hello,

 I'm Satoshi Tanaka, one of Mass++ developers.
Could I have the following information, please?

  - OS version (Windows 7?, 8? or XP?,   32bit or 64bit)
  - Mass++ version (version number, 32bit/64bit)
  - Log
      Open the diagnostic log pane with the following steps.
        1) Select [Pane] > [Diagnostic Log] from the [View] menu.
        2) Open a .raw file

 Now I'm in new working place.
I currently don't have Windows PC
although I'm going to get it as soon as possible.
However I will support you as much as possible.

Sorry, some how my answer did not appeared here. 

So, I have Windows 10 technical preview, 64 bit and Mass++ 2 64 bit. 

Log only gives error, saying can not open file.
