Hi,

In my lab we are planning to move our LIMS from windows to a linux environment but
till now I am using mass++ under windows7 to convert my files to mzXML,
is there a linux compatible version of mass++ (with file conversion capabilities) available for linux?

Many thanks for your mass++ software

Regards,
Yann

Hi,

 I'm Satoshi Tanaka, one of Mass++ developers in Shimadzu Corporation.
I'm afraid Mass++ for Linux is not currently distributed on public.
However we tried to make it and it works well.
We might distribute it in the future.
(We currently have some problems such as making installer and so on.)
But it cannot convert file from vendor of mass spectrometer
such as .wiff (AB Sciex), .raw (Thermo, Waters), .d (Agilent),
.lcd, .gcx (Shimadzu) or .run (Kratos).
Because Mass++ uses
dynamic link library for Windows distributed by MS vendor
when reading raw data.
