Engaging Students in the Engineering Design Process Using Sensors
A 2-day Workshop for Grades 6-12 Educators
How can you effectively incorporate digital technology and computational thinking into engineering design portions of your middle and high school curriculum? Develop your engineering skills by engaging in a variety of fun, hands-on coding and engineering design investigations using the Arduino Electronics Platform! Join the Wade Institute for Science Education for a two-day professional learning experience that will explore how to use sensors with students. Receive your own sensor kit and lessons to bring back to your classroom!
This workshop is designed for Arduino sensor beginners and intermediate users. Other sensors can be used along with the products that can be created with the kits.
