Cabbage White in Westborough

I was on the 25^th Anniversary hike of the Westborough Charm Bracelet Trail today.  Shortly after 1pm, I saw a Cabbage White flutter across over the dam bridge at Minuteman Park.  Temperature was low 80’s and sunny.

Annie Reid was also on the hike and she said she saw no butterflies.  Lots of asters and goldenrod were in bloom along the route.  I saw a large number of bumblebees on the asters, but I’m not sure which species.
