After reading the post by Tom Murray about this area, we decided to take a quick trip there ourselves today. It was super hot, upper 80's and rising with full sun and no real breeze to speak of. We only stayed about 45 minutes.
Although there was not much in the way of species flying there, we were treated to a lifer butterfly, the bog copper! The list is as follows:
24 (most likely many more) Bog Coppers
1 fresh Silver-spotted skipper
3 American Coppers
