Beautiful day for a rescheduled trip. No Hessels but lots of fun! Soheil Zendeh, Mark Rosenstein, the DPW director and myself had an adventure. Snacks were provided!
Eastern Tiger Swallowtail, Papilio glaucus: 4Clouded Sulphur, Colias philodice: 1Spring Azure, Celastrina ladon: 2Pearl Crescent, Phyciodes tharos: 2American Lady, Vanessa virginiensis: 1Zabulon Skipper, Lon zabulon: 46 species, 14 individuals
Lots of birds, dragonflies, damselflies, turtles and neat plants. The DPW asks for a habitat report on observations in exchange for access.
