We spent some time with Tom Murray today searching for Pepper and Salt skipper at The General Field in Groton, MA and then headed over quickly to Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge in Shirley, MA.  It was visually beautiful being just partly cloudy and the temps were in the low 80s.  However, the wind was whipping pretty good so there was a good part of the field that wasn't worth looking closely at.   Alas, no Pepper and Salt were found today.
