6/4/26 - Montague Sand Plains and Ashburnham

Made a stop at Montague Sand Plains and in Ashburnham on the way home.  Montague was super quick while Ashburnham was... Ashburnham.  If you've been there, you know.  

What was surprising to me was the almost complete lack of butterflies in Ashburnham.  We salvaged the trip by finding one Harvester and a Tiger Swallowtail when we got back to the car.  On the plus side, I counted only 3 mosquitoes.

2 Cobweb Skippers

1 Dreamy Duskywing

1 Dusted Skipper

Ashburnham:

1 Harvester

1 Tiger Swallowtail (sp)

5 Azure (sp)
