Today in the Clark Cooper Community Gardens, which are on the grounds of Boston Nature Center in Mattapan, Ma, from 12:45-1:25:

1 female Monarch nectaring on Zinnias

2 American Lady

1 Clouded Sulphur

5 Cabbage White

At Arnold Arboretum in Jamaica Plain, Ma, in the Kent Field area, from 1:40-2:15:

1 American Copper on Mountain Mint

1 Orange Sulphur

2 Cabbage White

Sunny, windy, 55 degrees

This is likely my last butterfly report of this season; the weather forecast for the Boston area is rain and wind through the end of October.
