Finally, a sunny day on the Cape. Seen while birding at Frances A Crane WMA approx 8 am - noon:

1 Monarch

4 Eastern Tailed Blues

6 Common Ringlets

Dozens of Pearl Crescents - they were everywhere, unable to keep track of the numbers!

6+ Baltimore Checkerspot caterpillars (probably many more, all in one area)

2 Juvenal's Duskywing

2 Black Swallowtail

4 Southern Cloudywing
