On our tennis court on Monday at Bentley University in brilliant sunshine,
though a bit blustery, we were very surprised when what we first assumed was
a leaf floating across the service line started fluttering like a lep....so
I excitedly forfeited the point and chased it until it settled for an ID
moment.
It turned out to be a small white form Clouded Sulphur. I was delighted by
the mid-November visitation, but I'm sure my opponent thought I was loony!
I won, anyway, on all counts.
