MBC trip at Mass Audubon's Allen's Pond Wildlife Sanctuary, Westport 9/10/22

Today, eight participants enjoyed the butterflies at Allen’s Pond Sanctuary field station, Allen’s Neck, and Sylvan Nursery.

Prior to the walk, a couple of attendees had already seen 1 White M hairstreak, 1 red-spotted purple, and 10 red-banded hairstreaks at Allen’s Neck. Afterwards, a few participants went to Helfand Farms Community Garden in Dartmouth where they saw 1 cloudless sulphur. The rest of the trip list is as follows:
