Folks, after 45 years of Celastrina research, we have finally resolved the status of the "Spring Azure" in southern New England.  It is an introgressed hybrid species combining features of Northern Azure (C. lucia) and Spring Azure (C. ladon).  I know NABA will refuse to recognize this species, but I am listing download information here for anyone with a serious interest in latest discoveries among our butterflies.  It will be added to Butterfliesandmoths.org shortly, followed by BAMONA.  The hybrid species is presented as Celastrina isadora.
