commits list

I have created a mailing list for automatic notifications from
subversion, called massiel...@googlegroups.com.

Israel, you have been added. If somebody else joins the Massiel project,
he/she needs to be added as a mamber to that list to receive the
notifications.

Israel and I agreed that it's a pain in the neck to get the talk list
muddled with commit reports. And of course, we expect this project to
become huge! ;)
