issue tracker: research questions and defects

Hiya,

Something that may be useful is to treat research stuff as software.

So I have added to the issue tracker:

* Research-Question for things that could be researched

* Research-Defect for research "bugs", i.e. things that are wrong from a
scientific point of view, even if the software is right

Israel, could you please add your current research as a new issue, and
see whether you like this kind of thing?

I like this idea of doing research like an "open source software". We
will see how far we go.
