The Mass Book Awards Speakers Bureau is accepting applications!

Hi everyone,
Mass Center for the Book (MCB) is thrilled to bring back the Mass Book Awards Speakers Bureau for a second year, funding author visits to libraries, cultural centers, and community groups.
The 2025 Mass Book Award winners and honorees participating in this initiative include Robin Bernstein, Jedediah Berry, Linda Booth Sweeney, Desmond Hall, Ieva Jusionyte, Sarah Levine, Margot Livesey, January Gill O'Neil, Aube Rey Lescure, Casey Robinson, Lisa Stringfellow, and Heather Treseler.
MCB will provide a pre-negotiated author honorarium of $400 per event and work with hosts to book authors and promote/market Speakers Bureau events. Programs may take a number of different forms, including author readings, lectures, book club discussions, and book talks. All event hosts must be based in Massachusetts.
If you are interested in hosting an author event through the Mass Book Awards Speakers Bureau, please complete the (quick and easy) application form. The deadline to apply is October 24, 2025.
