(Some) MassGIS web mapping services and FTP offline

MassGIS is experiencing downtime for GeoServer, ArcIMS and FTP as a result of some Gateway issues.
The issues are being worked on and will hopefully be resolved soon.
However, tile services and most ArcGIS Server services are still online.
