Due to security updates on the servers the MassGIS web mapping services including GeoServer, OLIVER, FTP and ArcGIS Server will be unavailable Tuesday Nov. 1 starting at approximately 7PM.

MassGIS is not sure of the duration of downtime but services should definitely be back up by 11:30PM.
