MassGIS Tilesets at arcgis.com (ArcGIS Online or AGOL) - Hosting Change from gisprpy.itd.state.ma.us

Due to storage issues MassGIS is discontinuing offering tilesets through gisprpxy.itd.state.ma.us and instead offering them hosted at arcgis.com.
arcgis.com hosting is more stable and better performance (drawing speed).
Below is a wiki page with a list of AGOL endpoints for tilesets, links to metadata and the a crosswalk of names from the previously available gisprpxy.itd.state.ma.us sets.
If you are still using tilesets from gisprpxy.itd.state.ma.us we urge you to switch to the arcgis.com ASAP.
Additional tilesets will be made available at AGOL in the coming months, some are noted below.
