added some info about EMS in Middlesex County Mass

added some info to the zerg90 map for Middlesex County -

9/16/2025 - all Fire Departments in Middlesex County respond to
ambulance calls - (except maybe Hanscom AFB FD and maybe MassPort FD
at Hanscom) - [State Forestry might respond to EMS calls in State
Forests and State Parks ] - all police departments in Middlesex County
respond to medical emergencies - possibly depending on availability -
most police cars probably have AEDs - State Police respond to EMS
calls and crashes on Interstates - not all agencies respond to 'all'
EMS calls but most probably respond to critical EMS calls (probably
due to the fact that all police and fire are trained in CPR at the
least) - NPS probably responds to all fire and EMS calls on NPS sites

Arlington FD does not respond to psychiatric emergencies - they just
send the police and a BLS ambulance - not sure how other communities
handle that - they might do the same thing - (Arlington Police have 1
or 2 mental health clinicians on staff now - they ride in police cars
to scenes)
