changes color 900 feet off shore - gonna assume that the huge lafd
fireboats can get withing 900 feet of the shore

so if you hauled three 5 inch hose lines over 9 lifeboats spaced 100
feet apart - you could pump maybe 10,000 gpm to shore

right?

maybe you could space the lifeboats 200 feet apart and only need 4 of them ish

you know - the 25 foot life guard / baywatch boats or police boats or
uscg boats or harbor patrol boats or fireboat 110 and 110 A etc - and
the redondo beach fireboats and the long beach fireboats
