there is obvious road access there - can they send in heavy tankers
and just drown the fire? can helitanks and airtankers drop a fine mist
instead of heavy drops that are constantly outflanked?
does the usfs or blm ever do after action reports? any sort of quality
control on their firefighting efforts? we have never seen any
