the host was calling him Jim Bearcat
he is quite liberal - he says it costs $85,000 per year to keep each
prisoner in jail - and they receive zero life skill services - jail is
just basically crime school for them - he says that affordable housing
and jobs are needed in successful communities - he is very well spoken
and intelligent - he said that Norfolk County chose to prosecute
people with toy ducks over doing anything useful about crime
the host was good too - it was a very simple format - both had a
webcam and were at home - no interruptions - no background noise - no
constant interruptions to thank donors
