bottom line .... building was poorly designed, constructed, and
maintained ... failure of 1 column should not have brought down the
entire building ... but it did .... water got into the top of 1 column
in the basement garage ... and destroyed it ... engineers had 2
earlier chances to prevent the collapse ... Nov 2020 and June 2021 ...
but they blew it .... recently released photos show accumulated
damage to column and to pool area
