boston fire alarm using backup dispatch center as of 7 pm

using backup center starrting at 1900 hours - will have access to
Metro White only due to a cable relocation

per announcement on 483.2875 at 549 pm et

(not sure if all boston fire dispatchers will be at backup center or
just the metro dispatcher)

All back to normal now.  Around 720pm iirc
