BMF 461.45 - helo lifting off from Lawrence at 943am

1045 am approx - heard Med 3 on 461.45 PL 107.2 - Med 3 reported that
they were lifting from Lahey (in Burlington?) and going enroute to
Boston (maybe) - there was a change of ICU (bed number) that Med 3 was
nor aware of

to be more accurate - I distinctly heard Med 3 talking - and I heard
the dispatcher talking - and there was mention of Lahey and a ICU
change that Med 3 was not aware of - something like - dispatcher said
'you are enroute icu 4-3' - and Med 3 said "repeat the icu info' - or
similar words - and then dispatcher said - there has been a change on
ICU
